Pre-care Instructions
ALL AREAS
◙ No caffeine(coffee, soda, tea, etc.) aspirin or alcohol for 48 HOURS before your appointment. This will cause excessive bleeding and make it hard for me to work which will result to rescheduling your appointment
◙ Do not take fish oil, vitamin E, or Ibuprofen 24 hours before treatment
◙ Waxing treatments should not be performed no less than 5 days prior to your procedure
◙ No chemical peels, microdermabrasion, mesotherapy, micro needling, or any other intense treatment that will cause skin cells to rejuvenate faster. This will effect the healing process and the outcome
◙ DO NOT discontinue any medication with out consulting your doctor

BROWS

◙ Do not tint your eyebrows one week prior to treatment
◙ Laser hair removal and treatment of wrinkles should not be done within 3 weeks of procedure
◙ Do NOT use AHA skincare products close to area we will work on for 2 weeks prior to your procedure
◙ Do NOT tan or sunbathe the week before your appointment. We cannot microblade on sunburned skin
◙ If you notice a pimple on your brow area, PLEASE let me know as soon as possible that way we can reschedule you to another date

LIPS
◙ If you have history of Herpes outbreak (cold sore) take anti cold sore medication starting 2 days before lip procedure. No lip blush can be performed on active cold sore!
◙ For lip blush procedure exfoliate your lips day and night and use a strong moisturizer as much as possible 5 days prior to your appointment date. Dry flaky lips will give you poor results

EYES
◙ If you have eyelash extensions they have to be removed 3 days before eyeliner and lash enhancement procedure
◙ Do not wear contact lens when coming for eyeliner and lash enhancement procedure
◙ Stop using Latisse or any lash/brow growth serum 1 months prior the procedure


Come looking beautiful :) We will take a lot of pictures/video. Its ok to wear makeup when coming for the appointment


Contraindications
You are NOT a candidate for any PMU procedures if you have any of the following conditions:

◙ ALLERGY to LIDOCAINE, NOVOCAINE (procaine) or other anesthetics. If you're not sure think about if you ever had anesthetic injection on dental work. If no or you're still not sure see your doctor and get tested. This is VERY IMPORTANT!
◙ Under 18
◙ Pregnant or nursing
◙ Derma fillers on or around the enhancement area within the last month
◙ Have taken Accutane in the past year & your skin has not yet regulated
◙ Diabetic (must be controlled & bring signed doctor consent letter)
◙ Dermatitis,Eczema,Psoriasis,Rosacea
◙ Tanned/Sunburnt skin
◙ Moles, lesions on the area to be treated
◙ Hemophilia
◙ Autoimmune Disorders (must bring a signed doctor consent letter)
◙ Chemotherapy in the past year
◙ Contagious diseases & viral infections
◙ Epileptic/prone to seizures (must bring a signed consent letter)
◙ Face/body dysmorphic disorder
◙ Within 1 month of chemical peel, must be fully healed prior to appointment.
◙ Active sunburn or frostbite
◙ Current use of products with ingredients such as Alpha or beta hydroxy acids (Retin-A products) Must discontinue use at least 14 days before appointment
◙ Use of blood thinners or blood pressure medications
◙ History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring
◙ Allergies to metals(iron, nickel)
◙ Active Herpes outbreak (cold sore) for lip procedure. If you have history of cold sores you should take anti cold sore medication starting 2 days before lip procedure. As the procedure may cause onset of symptoms. Please contact your physician.
◙ Its recommended that you wait 2 months after a lip filler before getting your lips tattooed
◙ Glaucoma for eyeliner and lash enhancement (due to pressure during procedure)
◙ If you plan on getting the COVID-19 vaccine, it is recommended that you wait 2 weeks before AND after each vaccine dose before getting your eyebrows/lips/eyelids tattooed
